1:1 Personal Training
2:1 Buddy Training
Bespoke individual and buddy personal training sessions to suit everyone's needs. We offer a range of monthly options covering one to three sessions per week. We can also design bespoke packages if you feel you need something a little different! Each session includes a one hour personal training session either our private studio or at a location that is suitable for you. along with nutritional guidance.
Learn to Lift
If you are looking to improve your technique, build your knowledge or increase you strength then this is for you. The approach is flexible to reflect your objectives but will cover all barbell lifts from Deadlifts and Squats to Olympic lifts such as Clean & Jerk and Snatch. All sessions are provided on a 1-2-1 basis in our private studio or at a location that is suitable for you.
8 Week Programme
Activ8 is a structured 8 week programme where we will work together to achieve your goals. The programme includes one weekly personal training session along with weekly workout plans to be completed either at home or in the gym. You will also receive weekly check-ins, nutrition and calorie guidance along with access to an online private group to offer support and ask questions.

I have worked with Jason for over a year now, having joined the gym the previous year due to injury. Jason researched my injury and adjusted our sessions to focus on my weaknesses and build on my strengths. I've never had an easy sessions, yet we always manage to have a laugh! There's days I smash this program and other days I look and feel like I'm about to give up!! Jason provides great encouragement and support throughout the sessions.
