HELLO 

I'M JASON SHEK

Personal Trainer & Coach

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

We provide a high-quality and personalised personal training experience to our clients. Our main passion is to help people get fitter, stronger, happier and healthier. The gym is filled with world-class equipment where we can guide you on your journey.


We are here to provide you with a plan, training, support, accountability, community and RESULTS. Whether this is 1-2-1 Personal Training, Buddy Training or Small Group Team Personal Training or we will assist you on your life changing journey.

At JSFitness our members are time strapped at the best of times, and therefore it can sometimes be hard to fit in a workout. However, Small Group Team Training is perfect for those of you that want to pack a lot into 30- 60  minutes. We pack a lot into our workouts, so no matter what your goals are, you’ll get closer to them much quicker than if you do it by yourself.

Being part of JSFitness that has similar motivations and goals is an easier way to keep yourself on track. With our Small Group Training, you’ll find yourself in groups of up to 6-8, pushing each other and motivating you to come back again and again. We’ve created a friendly community vibe. We also strive on ensuring our coaching team is the perfect fit.

Got to the gym and end up doing the same routine over and over? We’re creatures of habit, so it’s no surprise we end up going back to what we know. But with JSFitness Small Group Team Training you’ll get used to all kinds of exercise and equipment, and more importantly, you’ll learn the proper technique and form to make sure you train safe. Our expert programming also ensures that you get a well-rounded work out taking into account different muscle groups and variety of movements that will make you stronger and fitter.

JSFitness has the perfect solution. Our unique Group Team Training limited to 6 members at a time, make sure you gain all the benefits of a personal trainer without personal trainer fees. So you get the maximum benefit from every single workout.

No other gym does this. What’s more, we are limited to 6-8 members per class – so you will be part of a close-knit, friendly gym.

JSFitness approach, being run by experienced personal trainers, is to educate our clients and members on how to get the most from their training, nutrition and lifestyle. Moving away from the typical commercial gym experience with rows of cardio equipment, our aim is to coach people in how to exercise more effectively and achieve optimal results.

I have worked with Jason for over a year now, having joined the gym the previous year due to injury. Jason researched my injury and adjusted our sessions to focus on my weaknesses and build on my strengths. I've never had an easy sessions, yet we always manage to have a laugh! There's days I smash this program and other days I look and feel like I'm about to give up!! Jason provides great encouragement and support throughout the sessions. I've learnt so much and feel so much more confident for it.
